What happens during a breathwork session?

 BODY AND MIND RAPID TRANSOFRMATION

Breathwork works at a deep level, helping release trauma, trapped emotions, and limiting beliefs. It’s a powerful tool for breaking free from anxiety, stress, poor sleep, low energy, and self-doubt. 

 EMOTIONAL RELEASE

​Through conscious, connected breathing, you can release repressed and suppressed emotions stored in the body. This somatic release creates space for emotional clarity and healing.

 A SHIFT IN AWARENESS

​Breathwork helps us see challenges in a new light. It’s not the problem itself—it’s how we perceive and relate to it. By letting go of mental control patterns, we start to view life through a fresh lens.

ENTER FLOW STATE

Breathwork temporarily reduces activity in the brain’s prefrontal cortex, quieting the ego. This creates a “flow state,” where the usual boundaries between ourselves and the world dissolve. In this state, we feel connected, present, and at peace.

DEACTIVATION OF THE DEFAULT MODE NETWORK (DMN)

The DMN is a network in the brain responsible for self-reflection, decision-making, and thoughts about the past and future. Overactivity in this network can lead to stress and overthinking. Breathwork slows down the DMN, enabling a more objective, grounded perspective.
